GP series
The “GP” conveyed flow on-off valve is characterized by a sturdy construction ensuring standard constant operation under extreme conditions.
This diverting valve has a body made of GG25 PN16 grey cast iron or PN40 carbon steel and a servo control made of 304 stainless steel.
The construction techniques and the materials used allow to reach temperatures up to 190°C.
Additional main features of this product are listed below:
• Pivoting plug to guarantee a perfect positioning on the seat and a consequent perfect seal.
• Plug gasket made of carbon graphite charged PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperature.
• PTFE and Viton stuffing box suitable for both high and low temperature, installed in a self-adjusting stable position to have minimum stress for a constant operation.
• Guided stem for a constant axial movement to ensure efficient operation.
• 304 stainless steel servocontrol for the total elimination of any possible breakage; also suitable for use in particularly heavy external conditions. |
