SQ98 series
AISI 316 stainless steel
This on-off square model (90°) is available with nominal diameters from DN 8 to DN 50 and is the corresponding model with square body of the “FP” series. For bigger sizes up to DN 200, refer to “SQ” model.
It is available in the following on-off versions: normally closed, normally open or double effect.
This valve can reach and normally operate at temperatures up to 190°C, has reduced overall dimensions, and can be supplied with the following connections: GAS female threaded, flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced and socket welding connections.
The large number of applications of this valve makes it a universal model and this is ensured by remarkable construction details such as:
• AISI 316 stainless steel body obtained by lost wax casting process. If the valve comes with flanged fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
• Plug gasket made of carbon graphite charged PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperature.
• PTFE and Viton stuffing box suitable for both high and low temperature, installed in a self-adjusting stable position to have minimum stress for a constant operation.
• Guided stem for a constant axial movement to ensure efficient operation.
• AISI 304 servocontrol suitable for use in particularly heavy external conditions.
SQ series
AISI 316 stainless steel
This model is available with nominal diameters from DN 65 to DN 200 and is the corresponding model with square body of the “FL” valve. For smaller sizes from DN 8 to DN 50, refer to “SQ98” model.
This valve can reach and normally operate at temperatures up to 150°C, and can be supplied with the following connections: flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced and butt welding connections.
The manufacturing steadiness of this model is characterized by the following details:
• Valve body obtained from electrowelded AISI 316 steel sheet.
• Plug gasket made of PTFE or EPDM -PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperatures.
The other characteristics are the same as the “SQ98” model described above.
SQT series
AISI 316 stainless steel
As regards the “SQ98” and “SQ” series described above, the “SQT” three way deflection model is available with nominal diameters from DN 15 to DN 125.
This valve can be supplied with the following connections: flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced and butt welding connection.
The technical features of this series are the same as the “SQ” series. |
