AISI 316 steel impurity collecting filters - free flow FY series and square FSQ series - are used to preserve plant integrity and to eliminate any impurity from the fluid employed.
FY series
AISI 316 steel
Its technical features are as follows:
From DN 15 to DN 65 FY filters have an AISI 316 steel body obtained by lost wax casting process, a wide range of connections such as: NPT female, GAS female threaded, pocket welding, flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced connections. If the valve comes with flanged fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
From DN 80 to DN 150 FY filters have an AISI 316 steel electrowelded body and can be supplied with the following connections: head welding, flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced connections.
The filtering net used from DN 15 to DN 50 has a 45% void, the net used from DN 65 to DN 100 has a 46% void.
FSQ series
AISI 316 steel
Its technical features are as follows:
From DN 15 to DN 50 FSQ filters have an AISI 316 steel body made by lost wax casting process, a wide range of connections such as: NPT female, GAS female threaded, pocket welding, flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced connections. If the valve comes with flanged fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
From DN 65 to DN 200 FSQ filters have an AISI 316 steel electrowelded body and can be supplied with the following connections: head welding, flanged with UNI PN 16 drilling, flanged reduced connections.
The filtering net used from DN 15 to DN 50 has a 45% void, the net used from DN 65 to DN 100 has a 46% void. |
