M9-2 series
“M9-2” control valves have been designed to meet the most specific fluid adjustment requirements in a plant by ensuring - with the same valve-the possibility of modifying the flow shifting from very high flows to remarkably reduced flows with an endless range of adjustments.
This aim has been achieved through the standard use of technical-manufacturing devices such as:
• EQP=% equipercentage plug that, further to equal increases of the opening stroke, allows a consequent flow increase with constant percentage in comparison with the previous value.
On request, a linear shut-off is available.
• Controlled valve stem with perfectly balanced movement. Models DN 32 to DN 100 also come with a bottom guide to optimize the movement of the stem.
• Self-adjusting stuffing box ensuring a perfect seal.
• 4-inlet globe body allowing an immediate inspection of the valve thanks to very easily removable lower flange and stem equipped with plug. This can be carried out without having to fully disassemble the valve from the plant. |
