PD series
“PD” metering pumps built in AISI 316 stainless steel are designed and developed to solve those metering problems related to different industrial sectors and in particular the dyeing textile industry.
All pump body gaskets are made of Viton and PTFE whereas the pneumatic part features NBR gaskets.
The pump body is connected to the pneumatic driving part by means of an intermediate separating spacer equipped with a PTFE and Viton stuffing box to prevent any contact between pumped fluid and driving pneumatic system.
Connection joints can be both threaded and flanged.
Customized pumps are designed and built on request.
Simple effect model
Standard supply, with 1/2” gas female threaded connections, equipped with:
• Suction/delivery check valves.
• Entrance filter.
• Adjusting knob for remarkable flow variations.
• Solenoid valve, coil and connector.
• Magnetic sensor.

Double effect model
Standard supply, with 3/4” gas female entrance threaded connections and delivery ND 20 flange with UNI PN 6 drilling, equipped with:
• Suction/delivery check valves.
• Entrance filter.
• Double magnetic sensor.
