MI01SQ serie
MI01FP serie
Pneumatic on-off valves - square “MI01SQ” series and free flow “MI01FP” series- are an excellent solution to the lack of space in installations.
Available with on-off normally closed or on-off normally open operation, they are characterized by very reduced overall dimensions thanks also to only one AISI 304 stainless steel servocontrol Ø 36 and a wide range of connections.
They can reach and operate at a max. temperature of 160°C.
Technical features - “MI01SQ” model:
• AISI 316 stainless steel square body obtained by lost wax casting process.
If the valve comes with flanged fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
• Energized PTFE stuffing box with stainless steel spring.
• Plug gasket made of carbon graphite charged PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperature.
• Guided stem for a constant axial movement to ensure efficient operation.
• AISI 304 servocontrol suitable for use in particularly heavy external conditions.
• Available from DN 8 to DN 25 with the following connections: GAS male threaded, GAS female threaded or flanged.
Technical features - “MI01FP” model:
The MI01FP free flow pneumatic valve has the same technical features as the MI01SQ model except for the valve body which is free flow type (45°) in AISI 316 stainless steel.
Available from DN 15 to DN 25 with female threaded or flanged reduced connections. |
