FPMD series
“FPMD” control valves are free flow valves (45°) with a modulating servocontrol available in the different driving signals nominal 3÷15, 6÷18, 6÷30 psi.
This model is suitable to the most different adjustment requirements in a plant, with reduced overall dimensions allowing for an application even in limited spaces.
Available with different connections,
it can normally operate up to a temperature of 190°C.
These performances are assured by technical details such as:
• Valve stem with perfectly balanced movement thanks to the uniform pressure guaranteed by several springs inside the servocontrol and by a lower guide.
• PTFE and Viton stuffing box suitable for both high and low temperature, installed in a self-adjusting stable position to have minimum stress for a constant operation.
• AISI 316 stainless steel body suitable for use with aggressive products. If the valve comes with flanged fittings, it has AISI 316 welded stub pipes and AISI 304 flanges.
• Plug gasket made of carbon graphite charged PTFE for an excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical attacks.
• The Ø 200 and Ø 275 standard servo controls are supplied in stainless steel. The Ø 360 servo control is supplied in epoxy coated carbon steel
SQMD series
The “SQMD” modulating valve is the version with square body (90°) of the “FPMD” series, featuring therefore the same characteristics as described above. |
