LLB/LLBS series
The “LLB”/“LLBS” model butterfly valves are suitable for carrying out on-off and control functions of any fluid in plants where total watertightness is not necessary. Specifically, when the valve is closed, up to 2% of the total opening allows the passage of fluids.
The production range starts from the nominal diameter of DN 50 up to DN 300.
PN10 flanges can be mounted.
The valve bodies can be equipped with centring rings (model LLB) to facilitate fitting on piping or not (model LLBS). Valves DN 50 and DN 65 valves are supplied only for the LLB model.
The LLB model butterfly valves are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the stem gaskets are made of PTFE and Viton.
The LLB model butterfly valves can be operated manually with a lever and a 10-position toothed locking device or can be controlled with a pneumatic actuator that can be equipped with several accessories such as, for example, limit stops, electromagnetic valves, positioner, disengaging gears, etc.
